At Salon Elle we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone, email or both depending on our clients' preference. When appointments are booked, a credit card is required to hold the time requested.

RESERVATIONS

Please arrive ten minutes prior to your reservation to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving the salon so that we can best accommodate your schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our other guests and our salon team, please provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation for an appointment.

Payments

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are welcomed only in cash only.

quality satisfaction

We believe our clients should leave feeling beautiful and happy with the haircut and/or color service provided. However, if for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust their cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
